Soapy Cocktails – Bullette’s new single

Introducing Bullette’s new single “Soapy Cocktails”, now on all streaming services

AppleSpotifyYouTube MusicIHeartBandcamp – and more

Bullette’s “Soapy Cocktails” blurs the line between art and reality and questions, “Will you become what the song is about? Or will the song become about you?

The melancholy torch song is intoxicating on the surface but holds some dark corners. It was recorded at Miner Street Recordings in Philadelphia, PA (Kurt Vile, Sharon Van Etten).

Recommended if you appreciate Mazzy Star, Nico, Nancy Sinatra, PJ Harvey, Anna Calvi, Cat Power, Nick Cave, and Angel Olsen.

Let’s understand each other now
I’ll tell you what you didn’t ask
Tiptoe along the shore of your song

Find me when you’re feeling dusty
Trust me with your reeling heart
Drink a soapy cocktail in the dark

Wear a spotlight on your face
Take me to the second place
Hear me like I’m somebody else

Will you become
What the song is about
Or will the song
Become about you

Find me when you’re feeling dusty
Static on the radio
Drink a soapy cocktail in the dark
